    •    Technology: Despite its smaller size, it will feature the same core, cutting-edge technology, including an “Exosphere” (exterior LED display), a 16K x 16K interior display plane, haptic seating, and immersive sound.

    •    Location & Visibility: The venue is proposed for a site at National Harbor in Maryland, just outside Washington, D.C. It is expected to be visible from flight paths into Reagan National Airport and have sightlines toward the Washington Monument.

    •    Purpose: The venue will host concerts, residencies, and corporate events, aiming to serve as a landmark in the D.C. metro area.

    •    Timeline & Funding: The project is part of a plan that includes $200 million in state, local, and private incentives. The target for completion is currently projected for around 2030, with construction contingent on final government approvals.
